But hopefully now they get back to song mode and other actual improvements. Maybe Max is easier to setup. Matter of fact I remember seeing advertisments for both around the same time! I approve, but feel kind of got on this. Have tried with multiple browsers as well. Plus, the effects in Maschine have a different 'flavor' than Ableton and compliment each other very well.
Man… having personally used this thing. As an Apple Certified Trainer for Logic Pro Rounik has taught teachers, professional. And eight display knobs automatically map to key instrument parameters for on-the-fly, two-handed tweaking and sound shaping. Instruments like Razor, Massive and many others have dials pre-configured so your ready for step automation in Live 9. It's a fun piece of kit and I wouldn't want to sell it just because of the drums but I feel like there's things that need to be fixed with it before a song mode, just to make it a better groove box first. I have been blown away by the seamless integration of Maschine with Live, including the template control surface, as well as the library that comes with Maschine including Massive, and a lot of ethnic loops Tabla, Darbouka, etc. I think alot of people feel the same way. Just the Juno, Polaris synths and Limelite drum sequencer are for me incredible additions with amazing presets, and there are hundreds more. I've been a Live fan ever since version 1. The work around is to delete the preset first before adding a new one back. People have been talking about it before the 1. This thing is still about 70% of what I want it to do. Use the arpeggiator in combination with Scale and Chord Modes and get polyphonic performances from just one key — always in tune. I mean, it's not too terribly big of a hassle to drag a file from my finder into Maschine. I Had to share my Windows drive across my home network and copy the files to my Mac.
