A forest that is full of mysterious and ancient ruins and monsters beyond zombies and fears that they never thought would face one day. This is the kind of movie that you want to see with a group. And no, this does not contain spoilers. Kittens are critical of you; we should learn from them. It's a little slow in a couple of places, but that doesn't last too long. Its easier to be positively suprized whit amateurs : The monster is played by Conan Stevens, and he never disappoints, he is huge and scary : Alina Carson is another of the actors making a good performance as Aneesha, cant wait to see here in another movie, hopefully a action one. Same with the location and sets, well done.
This is a movie for zombie lovers. Everything else was exactly what you wokld expect from a cheesy zombie flick. While the fx were actually pretty decent for a super-camp production, there was nothing so disgustingly gross that would make a horror fan cringe, as it's hard to get a queesy stomach when you're laughing. The film opens with a brilliant seriously flashback sequence taking place in the 1950s. The costumes and makeup are really good, for a B-movie.
I feel the same way about the youngish actors in this film. Dead Squad: Temple of the Undead is a full-fledged assault on your brain, particularly the pleasure center parts that produce serotonin and dopamine. And who doesn't love kittens? Seven young friends decide to spend their holidays in a tropical region. I guess technically, but it's really more of a flick. I think I might have found these stereotypes bearable, even relatable, if any of the actors possessed even an iota of talent.
And then their boat floats away or did it? Dead Squad: Temple of the Undead 2018 Death Plate: Ghost Temple : A group of young people who have been on a fun trip are lost in the forest and they arrive at a ruin that is home to mysterious monsters. Horrible acting, really bad choreography, terrible setting, costumes were a joke. Maybe it has something to do with the Nazi scientist from the flashback? The director, Dominik Hauser, have goon a good job giving the movie momentum and twists. But what are these beasties? The plot are somewhat common, young good looking people trapped with zombies and a monster, they need to fight their way out. Just thought I'd name a few. The ending contains an entirely unnecessary twist. After they are sailing on the river, an accident causes them to lose their way and enter the forest.
. Beyond the token few, however, it's not sex overload, or rampant through the film. If you have the endurance to stick it out to its conclusions, your only happiness will be derived from the arrival of the end credits. I saw it in a theater with a bunch of people and while not very scary, it's just so full of laughs and amazing kills. If you like zombies and you like camp, with a bit of gore and a couple of boobs, this'll be right up your alley. Any zombie movie that invokes empathy toward a zombie is clever. I'm going to go have a kitten sandwich.

They spontaneously decide to go rafting down a serene river to take in the sights. It's light-hearted but doesn't follow the recent zomedy trends and has its heart in the right place, so zombie fans should give it a try.
Dead Squad: Temple of the Undead, with its also unnecessarily cumbersome title, is pretty much worthless. A garden-variety evil Nazi scientist, now in the employ of the Americans, injects a soldier with a super-secret super serum. Dead Squad is the epitome, the height, the very definition of zombie b-flick cheese. Well, we the audience, we get the connection. Unfortunately, we then move along to the present with our sextuplet of dummies. It seems to me that most of the budget for Dead Squad: Temple of the Undead was allocated to that flashback scene, with a bit more for some good costumes and makeup, and not one penny toward acting lessons for any of the apparent neophytes in this bunch. All in all, this is a fun little romp.
The entire scene is shot in black and white with just a tiny splash of color — see if you can guess which color — and the effect is magnificent and provocative. They begin to disappear, one by one, but at least a couple of them get in some rumpus beforehand. I saw one of the people who gave this a rating of 1 turned it off after 30 minutes, and I get that: the stuff that makes this worth watching kicks in halfway through. But in all seriousness, people looking for gore should have their boats floated with this, and it looks pretty good. Remember - there's no need not to be critical. That doesn't mean it's without its merits or wasn't worthy of watch, 'cause it totally was! Just a few places here and there.
